Getting Started
Getting Started with ExhibitPrep
Prepare your exhibits in four steps: documents, stamp, review, and download.
ExhibitPrep makes stamped copies on your device. Your source files are not overwritten. Start in the workspace.
1. Add your documents
Choose Choose files, or drag files into the upload area. PDFs and supported images can become stamped pages. For Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, export to PDF first if you need their actual pages stamped; otherwise only a placeholder page is created.
In Documents, check that every intended file appears. Review the order and exhibit labels. Reordering documents changes automatic labels. See supported file types.
2. Choose and place your stamp
In the Stamp tab, choose your exhibit labels. Use Change template, then Browse all templates, to explore other designs. Enter your own details in the fields shown.
Choose Check placement. Move the stamp clear of text, signatures, and existing page numbers. Check pages with different sizes or rotations.
3. Review the finished files
Choose Review all documents, or Review export for one document, from the placement screen. You can also use Prepare all exhibits or Prepare export from setup.
Check the finished pages, labels, and document order. For a combined PDF, inspect the contents page, dividers, and page numbers. If something is wrong, use Edit Position or Stamp setup in the finished-file preview, then prepare and review again. You do not need to upload the whole set again.
4. Download and check
Follow the download and license instructions. Save the PDF or ZIP, open it on your device, and confirm that it saved when asked. For a ZIP, extract it and check the PDFs inside. Seeing a preview alone does not mean a file was saved.
Before closing the workspace
Keep the finished files in your matter folder. When available, Save project also keeps a file you can reopen for later work. See saving projects.
If a file fails or a save is interrupted, keep this page open and follow batch recovery or download recovery. Do not clear browser data while recovering work. If those steps do not resolve the problem, use the issue-report option below without including confidential document contents.
