Troubleshooting
Finding Downloads and Recovering Paid Work
Find the saved file, retry a failed save, or reopen existing paid work before starting over.
Keep the workspace open while you check the save. A preview on screen is not proof that a file reached your device.
Find the file you saved
- Check your browser's downloads list, usually beside the address bar.
- If you chose a folder, look there. Otherwise, check your Downloads folder.
- On iPhone or iPad, use Share → Save to Files if a preview opens, then find the file in the Files app.
- Open the PDF. For a ZIP, extract it and open the PDFs inside. Check that the intended exhibits are present and readable.
Only choose I saved and checked it after checking the saved file. For separate manual downloads, save and check every listed file before choosing I saved and checked every file.
The save was canceled or failed
- Stay with the same exhibit set. In the save window, use Save the prepared file again, or return to the Download Center and use its download button.
- If That download didn't finish appears, choose Try the download again.
- If offered, choose Download as individual files instead and save every listed PDF.
- Open and check the saved files before confirming.
Use Trouble saving? or Having trouble? for the saving guidance on that screen. If you have not saved the file, Return without confirming closes the save window without claiming success.
A canceled or interrupted save can be retried without another purchase. A Single Use purchase counts as used only after the complete requested bundle is saved and that save is verified or confirmed. Saving this same prepared file again does not use another credit.
I paid, but the workspace closed
- Return to the workspace in the same browser and on the same device.
- Look for the saved-work banner or Recent jobs. Choose the matching set by its document names, date, and labels. Use Download again for a delivered set, Finish & download for unfinished delivery, or Continue editing for a draft.
- If the purchase is missing, use Billing & License or purchase recovery. Recovering purchase rights does not retrieve document files from a server.
- If you have a .exhibitprep project, add it in the upload area. Follow Save and Reopen a Project.
If neither browser storage nor a project remains, contact support before purchasing again. Do not clear site data or delete the saved job while you still need it. Completed browser recovery copies are generally removed after 30 days; unfinished deliveries and active revision windows may remain longer. See Privacy and Security.
The downloaded result needs a correction
Use Revise this bundle when offered, check the displayed allowance and deadline, then change and review the existing set. Saved copies lets you inspect an earlier finished version. Selecting it does not undo current edits; Restore as new draft starts editing from that version's settings when available.
Re-downloading an unchanged delivered version, including a different ZIP, combined-PDF, or individual-file packaging, is free. Single Use includes up to five completed revised bundle versions within exactly 72 hours after the first confirmed delivery. A separate exhibit bundle needs its own purchase unless an active unlimited plan covers it.
Check the result: the saved PDFs open and contain the intended exhibits; the workspace shows the save as confirmed or tells you if its receipt is still syncing. If the receipt is still syncing, keep the saved files and follow the retry guidance rather than purchasing again.
For unresolved delivery or billing issues, use the issue-report form below or contact [email protected]. Include the purchase email, error wording, and which step failed. Do not send confidential exhibits or payment card details.
