Troubleshooting
Find and Use Your License
Recover a purchase, activate an available license, and understand what happens to your document files.
If you already paid, check the existing purchase before buying again. A missing license in one browser does not by itself mean the purchase is gone.
Find and use your purchase
- Open Billing & License. Sign in with the email used for the purchase, or choose Recover by email.
- Check the license type and access shown. If the account could not be checked, choose Retry account.
- For an available license, choose Use for new work. This activates it in this browser and returns you to the workspace.
- Use Show license key or Copy license key if you need a secure copy of the key.
Check the result: the workspace recognizes the license for the work it covers. A used Single Use license can still cover its existing paid bundle without covering a separate new exhibit set.
Recover by email
- Open purchase recovery and enter Purchase email address.
- Choose Email my license link. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for ExhibitPrep.
- Open the link on the device where you want to work. The link expires after 24 hours and can be used once.
- If no email arrives, choose Check or change email and verify the address used at checkout. The request screen does not confirm that a purchase was found.
Under Recovery options, Email active license keys lets you receive a key instead. After it arrives, choose Enter license key in the tool. If you still cannot find the purchase, contact [email protected] with the purchase email and error wording.
What does my purchase cover?
- Single Use: one initial exhibit bundle, then up to five completed revised bundle versions within exactly 72 hours after the first confirmed delivery.
- Day Pass: unlimited use for 24 hours from purchase.
- Monthly or Yearly: unlimited use while the subscription is active.
- Enterprise: the access issued to your organization.
A Single Use purchase counts as used only after the complete requested bundle is saved and that save is verified or confirmed. Failed or canceled saves do not count. You can add, replace, remove, or reorder exhibits within the covered revision allowance.
Re-downloading an unchanged delivered version is free and does not count as a revision. Changing only between ZIP, combined-PDF, or individual-file packaging is also free. You can recover your paid bundle and re-download previously delivered copies after the correction period. A separate exhibit bundle needs a separate purchase unless an active unlimited plan covers it. Use the allowance and deadline displayed for your purchase when revising.
Another device, missing files, or an interrupted download
Your account stores purchase access, not your document files. Keep the original source files and finished downloads. A saved .exhibitprep project can carry the PDFs and settings to another device. Recovering a license does not retrieve documents from a different browser.
If your files are still in Recent jobs, reopen the matching set. Follow download recovery for an interrupted save or missing finished file.
Receipts and invoices
Search the purchase inbox for ExhibitPrep or Stripe, including spam or junk. For another receipt or billing help, contact [email protected]. Include the purchase email, but not payment card details or confidential exhibits.
