How do I batch stamp exhibits with different information?
In ExhibitPrep, use the document list to confirm each exhibit’s label and title, then review its stamp preview. Use the available template fields for additional wording. If one exhibit needs a different setup, prepare it separately and verify the final set remains consistent.
Can I batch process exhibits with different page counts?
Yes. Batch tools automatically detect page counts and apply stamps to each page or first page only as configured. When batch stamping: (1) position stamp consistently across all documents, (2) preview various document sizes to ensure stamp does not obscure content, (3) use relative positioning (bottom right corner) rather than fixed coordinates for consistency across different page sizes.
What if I need to remove batch-applied stamps?
Return to the unstamped source files and apply the corrected settings. A finished stamp becomes part of the PDF content; covering it can also cover evidence. Keep originals and an editable project so corrections do not depend on trying to erase the finished stamp.
